Cancelling & Refunding
1. This policy sets out the Cancellation & Refund policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Chef on Board.
2. We trust you will not need to complain about our service or our food - and complaints are indeed extremely rare. However, if you have any reason to complain, please contact us at email@example.com. Because we are a small company, you can be assured that any such complaint will be dealt with quickly, confidentially and efficiently. We will contact you within two working days and will take all the appropriate steps to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible. Any complaints are recorded and our systems and procedures reviewed and amended as necessary.
3. You have the right to cancel your order up until 9.30am the day before delivery. You must cancel by calling us on 01981 250494. We reserve the right to pass on the card handling fee charged by our payment processor for issuing a refund.
4. It is not our policy to offer refunds on unused vouchers.
