We’re very particular about our pork! And when you get good honest sausage meat like ours there’s no need to bulk it up with anything else, so we don’t. We form chunky strips of sausage meat and wrap it in light puff pastry. There’s so much more meat than pastry and that’s the reason why our award-winning sausage rolls can satisfy the super starving.

Each Mini Sausage Roll measures approx 1.5” x 1.5″.
Freezing Instructions: Our sausage rolls are delivered unbaked & frozen. So once you’ve received your order, pop your items straight in the freezer to keep them well protected. They will last for up to 3 months frozen.

Cooking Instructions:
- Pre-heat your oven to 170ºc or gas mark 3
- Place the Sausage rolls on a suitable baking tray
- Place in the oven & bake for approx 40-50 minutes
