They form chunky strips of sausage meat and wrap it in light puff pastry. There’s so much more meat than pastry and that’s the reason why these award-winning sausage rolls can satisfy the super starving.

FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS Helluva Sausage Rolls are sold unbaked & frozen. So once you’ve received your order, pop your items straight in the freezer to keep them well protected. They will last for up to 6 months frozen.
Sausage Roll Cooking instructions (all appliances vary – these are guidelines only!)

For BEST results Always cook from FROZEN

1. Pre-heat your oven to 175°c or gas mark 4
2. Place the sausage roll on a suitable baking tray
3. Place in the oven for approx 30 minutes
